Since our introduction to Ra Workshop in October 2009, we have been developing our own
systems on the software and have implemented the software into our Business, both on the
Client Quotation and Production sides of the Business.
Ra Workshop is a really fantastic Client Quoting and Costing system and has added an
enormous value to our business and most certainly given us a competitive advantage in the
market.
The presentation of Quotations, together with the flexibility of design interactively
with the Client, has given us an edge in the market that we previously did not experience.
The Production offering of Ra Workshop has resulted in Lower Inventory Level, less production errors,
reduced cost in our Business and has also improved the productivity of our Factory substantially.
The on-line product support, which any user of RA-Workshop is going to need has been exceptional.
We have made use of this service frequently and the support team and development team have always responded

Before we started to use Ra Workshop, our company had a problem with many processes related to
the window and door manufacturing (long production time, big teams). We tried to find software
to apply to our company’s needs and we have found many software but none fit condition. Some requested license
pay every year, some were hard to setup by our team and some requested additional payments for every change.
We found Ra Workshop via Google and we downloaded the demo. At the beginning some features did
not match our requests but we talked to the Ra Workshop team and we were touched by their
commitment to our needs.
The software has a good license system and it is really cheap if you compare it with other
similar software in Europe. With Ra Workshop we achieved easy drawings of windows and doors,
an increase of speed in the production unit and we also decreased our staff (before we have
used 10 people, now we are using 5 and we intend to reduce it more in the future).
We are very happy with Ra Workshop. Many people in our company saw the program and they say
it is very nice and they need to use it too.
