Description:
Abyat Mega Store, the largest construction material retailer from Kuwait, has opened their first store with a surface of 22.500 sqm that has almost 15.000 products.

Because the store has a workshop to create the joinery a software application was needed to integrate the showroom with the designing department and production workshop. Due to the fact they use SAP for control and resource management integration between the 2 solutions was necessary.
Solution:
Pyramid Software proposed an implementation in two steps. First: one license Ra Workshop Advanced Professional will be used for the designing part and 5 Ra Workshop Express for the showrooms. The objective of this step was the training of the employees for Ra Workshop usage, the detailed study of the company’s necessities regarding the integration with SAP and the launching of the offer department.
Advantages:
A company of such dimensions and large labor volume can not perform well without an application that will automate at least a part of the processes. With Ra Workshop the offering department became fully functional. The quality and graphical aspect of the offers raised the orders above expectations. The calculation method of the final price offered to the client was able to be implemented in Ra Workshop despite the complicated manner in which it was calculated.
